I came to the shop with a check-engine light on. I already knew AJ who took care of my car (as he’s my neighbor) but I did not expect the level of excellent service I received from just about everyone else. My car was taken in right away and I went to the showroom to drool over the Corvettes where I met Brad. Such a great guy to talk to, he approached me right away and even though I had no intention of buying a Vette that day, he still hung out with me to talk about the cars. I learned a lot from him in just 10min and when one day I’m in the market for a new toy, I’ll buy it from Brad. I went over to the waiting area to do some work on my laptop and the lady at the desk (didn’t get her name) ensured I had the wifi password. She even checked in on me later to ensure it was working for me. During my hour or so waiting, several employees walked by to ensure I was good and that I had everything I needed. It is extremely refreshing to be treated this way in a car dealership, I am blown away by the service. Once my car was done, Anthony came to close out the job and he was amazing as well. Everyone was great to deal with and while I hope my car doesn’t need service again, I know I’d be in safe hands here. For the managers reading this, you should give a raise to everyone I called out. You do not want to lose good people, keep them happy as they keep your customers happy. They have all made an impression on me and that is not something that happens at your average dealership.
